Wellness Peace University ("WPU", "we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run a thoughtful program and to keep you informed about upcoming classes, the coordinator track, and the WPU community.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist or request the coordinator kit, we collect the details you submit through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the church or organization (if you provide one), and any message you choose to send us. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and email provider (Resend) automatically record technical details such as your IP address, browser, and timestamp, which help us detect abuse and operate the service.
How we use your information
- To respond to your message and confirm your spot in an upcoming class.
- To send you class dates, the welcome kit, and the coordinator packet (if requested).
- To improve the program and prevent spam or abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted vendors to operate the site:
- Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and routes traffic.
- Resend delivers the email notifications generated by the contact form.
- Google Fonts serves the typography on this page.
These providers process your data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
Cookies
Wellness Peace University does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies that are required for security and bot mitigation. These do not identify you personally.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your information from our list at any time by writing to hello@wellnesspeaceuniversity.com. We'll honor the request promptly.
Children
The Wellness Peace University program is intended for adults; classes hosted at churches or community centers may include families. We do not knowingly collect information through this site from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
